Cancellations
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
If canceled less than 48 hours prior, an automatic 50% service charge will be charged to your CC on file.
There are no exceptions to this policy. If you do not show up on the day of your appointment or you are more than 10 - 15 minutes late for your appointment (depending on the service) this will automatically be considered a no show and 100% of the service will be charged to your CC on file and we may choose not to rebook you for future appointments.
Returns
It may be something you wear, but hair isn’t a shirt or a pair of shoes. Time and product cannot be returned so refunds are not offered on any hair services. All services are guaranteed for 1 week after date of initial service so long as you are following the after care guidance of your stylist. This guarantee covers technical errors (ex. A foil slipping, a toner not fully covering, a grey patch missed.) Let’s be honest here, these hands are magic but they’re also human and mistakes happen. I’ll happily have you back at no additional cost to fix these boo boos if they do occur. But if you change your mind, decide you want more or less or something totally different that will be subject to a charge.
Products can be exchanged for something else if they are more than ¾ full. I get it, sometimes we try something and we don’t LOVE it, so I don’t mind switching it up and offering you something else to take home with you so long as the product has only been used once or twice.
Zero tolerance
I cannot stress this enough: this space is INCLUSIVE & SAFE and all guests and artists alike deserve to feel safe and included when at Golden Hour, hell everywhere really, but if anyone is making someone feel unsafe or uncomfortable you will be asked to leave and not allowed to return. This is a space of love and acceptance and either you’re here for it or you’re out.
